The mission of Serra Mesa Little League is to be an outstanding community organization that creates a culture where kids love playing the game of baseball. Essential to that culture is a commitment from all involved (players, coaches, parents, officials and fans) to respect our goals, our community, and our love for the game. Our goals are: To help players develop baseball skills and a greater understanding of the game; To instill a respect for the game and all who are involved; To foster an environment of healthy athletic competition; To promote and develop the values of respect, teamwork, sportsmanship, courage, effort and commitment, which will help our players succeed throughout their lives.
